DELAWARE — A 75-year-old North Branch man is in critical condition following a one-car crash Tuesday evening in the town of Delaware.
Troopers from State Police Narrowsburg responded to the collision on County Road 121 at approximately 8:21 p.m.
According to the preliminary investigation, a 2007 Volvo traveling north on County Route 121 left the roadway, struck two telephone poles and overturned.
The driver and sole occupant, identified as Daniel R. Kenney, was transported to Westchester Medical Center in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
