ELMIRA — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a male suspect involved in a bicycle theft at the Flannery Apartments.
The suspect allegedly stole two bicycles after cutting through a fence to access the garden area, according to the Elmira Police Department.
Authorities have not specified when the theft occurred but have released images of the suspect.
The police department is asking anyone who recognizes the individual to contact them at (607) 737-5626.
Tips can remain confidential, and information can also be submitted through the department’s Facebook page.
Police are hoping to identify the suspect and recover the stolen property.
