LITCHFIELD — The Litchfield Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify the owner of a green Chevrolet Silverado involved in an illegal dumping incident at the Tabernacle Church.
The truck, believed to be a 2007-2013 model, was last seen at approximately 5 p.m. yesterday.
