ORANGE — Vermont State Police arrested a 50-year-old Orange woman Wednesday afternoon following a domestic dispute at a residence on Neddo Road.
Troopers responded to the home at 1:02 p.m. after receiving a report of a dispute.
Upon arrival, officers found that a household member had been assaulted.
Following an investigation, police determined that Katie Jewett, 50, had assaulted the victim.
Jewett was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Berlin for processing.
She was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court on May 1 at 12:30 p.m.
