Bethlehem man arrested on warrants after fleeing police in Lancaster

LANCASTER — Officers from the Lancaster Police Department responded to a domestic incident on Bridge Street near Dollar General at approximately 11:30 a.m. on April 30.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with Todd Dovholuk, 46, of Bethlehem.

Officers discovered Dovholuk had two outstanding warrants from Grafton Superior Court.

When officers attempted to take him into custody, Dovholuk fled on foot.

After a brief pursuit, officers apprehended Dovholuk.

During a search incident to arrest, officers discovered suspected narcotics on Dovholuk’s person.

Dovholuk was transported to the Grafton County House of Corrections on the two existing warrants.

The suspected narcotics will be sent for testing, and additional charges may be filed depending on the results.

New Hampshire State Police assisted Lancaster officers at the scene.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
