SWANTON — A 21-year-old Swanton man was arrested Monday night after state troopers spotted him skateboarding along South River Street.
Hunter Wolcott was taken into custody at approximately 10:17 p.m. when Vermont State Police troopers from the St. Albans Barracks recognized him as having an active arrest warrant.
The warrant included charges of felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Wolcott was transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility where he was held on $1,000 bail.
He was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court’s Criminal Division on April 29 at 1 p.m. to face the charges related to the warrant.
