STARKSBORO — Vermont State Police arrested a 28-year-old Starksboro man Monday night following a domestic assault incident on Grassano Drive.
Ryan Hallett was taken into custody after troopers from the New Haven Barracks responded to a report of domestic violence at approximately 8:57 p.m.
Investigation revealed that Hallett had assaulted a household member following an argument, causing bodily injury, according to police.
Hallett was transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing and later issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on April 29 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charge of domestic assault.
Following a court order, Hallett was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Facility with bail set at $500.
