SENNETT — A 52-year-old Owasco woman faces criminal trespass charges after allegedly entering a Sennett residence without permission last December.
Christina M. Czolowski was arrested on April 22 following an investigation by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office into a trespassing incident that occurred on December 31, 2024.
Sheriff Brian Schenck reported that deputies responded to a Sennett residence around 4:32 p.m. on New Year’s Eve after receiving a trespassing complaint.
Investigators determined Czolowski had entered the residence without permission, though she did not commit any additional crimes while inside.
An arrest warrant was issued for Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Czolowski was located by Syracuse University Department of Public Safety on April 22 and taken into custody by the Sheriff’s Office.
She was processed at the Public Safety Building and brought to Cayuga County Jail for CAP court arraignment on April 23 at 7 a.m.
Czolowski is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sennett Court at a later date.
