Police seek help identifying Naugatuck Walmart theft suspect

NAUGATUCK — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect who allegedly stole more than $400 worth of merchandise from a local Walmart.

The theft occurred on April 23 at the Naugatuck Walmart, according to a statement released by the Naugatuck Police Department.

The suspect was last seen leaving the store in a maroon Ford Edge with Connecticut registration BN76762.

Authorities have released a surveillance photo of the individual believed to be responsible for the theft.

Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or the incident is asked to contact Officer Fredericks at (203) 729-5222.
