WATERBURY — A Moretown man faces multiple charges after allegedly providing alcohol to minors and sending inappropriate messages through social media.
Vermont State Police received a report at 9:32 a.m. on April 24 that an individual had furnished alcohol to minors in Waterbury.
Investigation revealed that Terrance Coley, 47, of Moretown, allegedly provided alcohol to two minors on multiple occasions over several months in a parking lot on Main Street in Waterbury.
Authorities said Coley also sent messages via Snapchat to both minors that contained lewd and lascivious content.
Coley was charged with six counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor and disorderly conduct by electronic communication.
He was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division on May 22 at 8:30 a.m.
