NIAGARA FALLS — A Niagara Falls man was arrested Tuesday on multiple felony drug charges, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.
Curtis D. Pugh, 42, faces two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree.
Sheriff Michael Filicetti said the arrest followed an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.
Pugh was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
