SOUTH WINDSOR — A South Windsor man was arrested early Saturday after allegedly striking a juvenile during a domestic violence incident.
David J. Ryan, 34, was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault following the incident that occurred at 12:18 a.m. on April 26.
Police said Ryan struck the juvenile victim three times before fleeing the scene.
Officers located Ryan shortly after and took him into custody.
He was processed and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.
Ryan is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. Monday.
