OSWEGO — The Oswego Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Clifford Brown, a vulnerable adult who voluntarily left the city on April 27.
Brown was last seen in the area of Price Chopper in Fulton at approximately 5 p.m. on the same day.
According to police, Brown was wearing a grey hoodie with a spider on the front, black sweatpants, and carrying a blue backpack when last seen.
Authorities note that Brown has a history of leaving voluntarily but are working to locate him to ensure his safety and well-being.
