Oneida olice report 21 arrests, citations over nine-day period

ONEIDA — The Oneida City Police Department released information on 21 arrests and citations issued between April 16 and April 24.

The arrests and citations included charges ranging from petit larceny to driving while intoxicated and various traffic violations.

On April 16, Holly A. Weisbrod of Oneida was arrested on a warrant for petit larceny.

Joseph S. Everspaugh of Canastota received an appearance ticket on April 17 for possession and consumption of alcohol in public.

On the same day, Geneva I. Flores of Rome was issued a criminal summons for theft of services and second-degree harassment.

Bruce A. Joslyn Sr. of Durhamville was arrested April 17 on a bench warrant for trespass.

Brendon J. Slater of Oneida received multiple traffic tickets on April 17, including operating an uninspected and uninsured vehicle, driving without a license, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Raymond P. Lerch of Verona was arrested April 18 for first-offense driving while intoxicated, crossing road hazard markings, and insufficient tail lamps.

Bryan T. Reaves of Oneida was issued two appearance tickets for petit larceny on April 18.

Xavior R. Robinson of Utica was arrested April 19 on a warrant for petit larceny.

Between April 21 and April 24, police issued multiple citations for suspended vehicle registrations, harassment, and other violations.

Two juvenile males from Oneida received appearance tickets on April 22 and April 23 for providing alcohol to persons under 21.

All persons charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
