Lloyd police arrest 4 on various charges

LLOYD — The Town of Lloyd Police Department announced the arrest of four individuals on various charges during the last week of April.

Marcus V. Hernandez Romero, 23, of Newburgh, was arrested April 21 and charged with false personation.

Romero was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 8.

Andrea M. Bell, 58, of Highland, was arrested April 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Bell was transported to the Ulster County Jail for arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Part Court.

Ashly Kaiser, 34, who is homeless, was arrested April 25 on a bench warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.

Kaiser was transported to the Ulster County Jail for arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Part Court.

Gregory A. Carter, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested April 27 and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol.

Carter was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 8.
