LAKEWOOD — A Lakewood man faces multiple criminal mischief charges after allegedly vandalizing local government buildings with spray paint.
Jeffrey P. Hamilton, 46, was charged Friday with one count of misdemeanor criminal mischief 4th degree and one count of felony criminal mischief 3rd degree, according to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department.
Police allege that on Feb. 5, Hamilton spray painted doors at both the Town of Busti Court building and a door on the Village of Lakewood DPW building.
Hamilton was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Busti Court at a later date.
