Kingston man charged with assault, contempt in domestic incident

HIGHLAND — A Kingston man was arrested on multiple charges including felony criminal contempt following a domestic incident, according to Town of Lloyd Police.

Abduke London, 33, was arrested April 6 and charged with felony criminal contempt in the first degree, felony aggravated family offense, assault in the third degree, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree.

London was transported to the Ulster County Jail where he was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Parts Court and remanded on $5,000 cash bail.

He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 24.

In a separate incident, Highland resident Sergio A. Raymundo, 38, was arrested April 7 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic incident.

Raymundo was transported to the Ulster County Jail for arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Parts Court.

On April 13, Poughkeepsie resident Kitasha L. Armstead, 52, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree after being stopped for traffic violations on Route 9W in Highland.

Armstead was transported to the Ulster County Jail for arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Parts Court.
