MONTPELIER — A 26-year-old man was arrested Monday on multiple charges including domestic assault and harassment, according to state police.
Marcus McCarthy was taken into custody April 14 at 10 a.m. by members of the Special Victims Unit and Trooper Gallop.
McCarthy faces two counts of domestic felony assault and three counts of domestic simple assault.
Additional charges include domestic cyber harassment, domestic vandalism, domestic disorderly conduct, and larceny between $5,000 and $10,000.
Following his arrest, McCarthy was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing.
He was later arraigned in Sixth District Court.
