UNDERHILL — Vermont State Police troopers from the Williston Barracks arrested an Underhill resident on an active in-state warrant during a contact on April 15 at approximately 10:58 a.m.
Joseph Gangl, 42, of Underhill, was issued a citation to appear before the Chittenden County Superior Court Criminal Division.
He is scheduled to appear on April 16 at 8:30 a.m.
The warrant charges Gangl with misdemeanor theft of service valued at $900 or less, in violation of 13 VSA 2582(a).
