LANCASTER — Officers from the Lancaster Police Department responded to a facility on Portland Street for a report of an agitated male being disorderly at 9:30 a.m. April 9.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with staff and subsequently arrested Joshua McDermott, 42, of Lancaster for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
McDermott was released on personal recognizance bail for the Lancaster charges.
He was then transported to the New Hampshire State Prison on a parole violation and is pending a parole violation hearing.
All subjects are innocent until proven guilty.
