EAST MONTPELIER — A 37-year-old East Montpelier man was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly violating court-ordered conditions of release.
State police responded to a report of an incident at approximately 8:43 p.m. on April 9.
Troopers determined that Nathaniel Cliche had violated his court-ordered conditions of release.
According to police, Cliche left the residence but was later found hiding in a shed behind the home.
Cliche was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin State Police Barracks for processing.
He was issued new conditions of release and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court-Criminal Division at 8:30 a.m. on April 10.
Cliche was held for lack of $200 bail.
