BUFFALO — U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that two Jamestown women have been arrested and charged in separate criminal complaints with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, heroin, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.
Sabrina Flores, also known as Notorious Marie, 24, and Sandra Pavlock, also known as Sondra L. Pavlock, 45, both face maximum penalties of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.
According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua A. Violanti, who is handling the case, the complaints identify Flores and Pavlock as associates of Zaid Mendoza, who was previously indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of narcotics conspiracy and sex trafficking.
Search warrants executed on Facebook accounts recovered multiple conversations between the defendants, Mendoza, and others discussing drug trafficking and sex trafficking activities.
The complaints allege that Flores and Pavlock conversed with Mendoza and others regarding the sale and use of narcotics, including heroin and fentanyl, in the Jamestown area.
The charges are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
