BRATTLEBORO — Nine individuals were arrested over the weekend in a series of unrelated incidents, according to the Brattleboro Police Department.
On Friday, April 4, officers responded to a disturbance on Green Street, resulting in the arrest of Richard Dudman, 89, for aggravated domestic assault.
Later that day, Emmanuel Pitsiladis, 43, was arrested on Canal Street on an extraditable warrant from New Hampshire and held on $15,000 bail.
Also on Friday, officers arrested Amanda Moore, 43, of Hinsdale, for aggravated domestic assault following a disturbance at the Colonial Motel.
On Saturday, April 5, police responded to a Canal Street residence where they arrested three individuals: Destiny Knapp, 23, of Greenfield, for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault on a law enforcement officer; Robin Davis-Phillips, 40, of Putney, for domestic assault, disorderly conduct, aggravated disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault on a law enforcement officer; and Melony Miesch, 64, for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.
Later Saturday, Samantha Swiney, 46, was arrested at a Flat Street residence on an active Vermont warrant and for cocaine possession.
On Sunday, April 6, officers responded to The Leaf on Canal Street, arresting James Smith, 31, of Guilford, for disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment, and violation of conditions of release, and Amber West, 42, also of Guilford, for DUI.
Most of the individuals are scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on Monday, April 7, at 12:30 p.m.
