NORWALK — A 58-year-old Norwalk man faces multiple drug charges after police executed a search warrant at his apartment following what authorities described as a lengthy narcotics investigation.
Officers from the Norwalk Police Department Special Services Division detained Jacob Beach outside his residence at 23 North Main Street on April 3 before searching his Apartment 3A.
During the search, police discovered 6.87 grams of loose crack cocaine and an additional 3.45 grams of crack cocaine individually packaged in 12 bags.
Beach was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said their investigation revealed Beach had been selling narcotics both from his apartment and on nearby streets.
Beach’s bond was set at $55,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on April 17.
