IRASBURG — A 51-year-old local man escaped serious injury when his vehicle rolled over on a snow-covered Vermont Route 14.
Mark Buckley was driving his 2019 Subaru Outback near the intersection with Vermont Route 58 when he lost control of the vehicle around 11:04 a.m., according to Vermont State Police.
The vehicle rolled onto its passenger side, causing substantial damage and deploying the airbags.
Buckley, who was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash, suffered non-life-threatening injuries but did not require hospitalization.
The accident occurred near 3722 Vermont Route 14 while it was actively snowing, creating hazardous road conditions.
Orleans Emergency Medical Services and Orleans Fire Department assisted state police at the scene.
