PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Police arrested four individuals on various charges including cyberstalking, drug possession, and bench warrants during a series of incidents beginning Tuesday morning.
At 9:30 a.m., troopers from the Lincoln Woods Barracks arrested Brian Segal, 45, of Bristol, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for cyberstalking and cyberharassment following a barracks investigation.
Later that evening at 9:47 p.m., troopers arrested Dange Ardon, 25, of Cranston, on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of driving with a suspended license, fourth offense.
The arrest occurred during a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in Providence.
At 11:29 p.m., Pholy Smith, 38, of Providence, was arrested for possession of MDMA and fentanyl, both less than 10 grams, following a motor vehicle stop on Dorrance Plaza in Providence.
In the early hours of Wednesday, at 12:45 a.m., troopers arrested Latoya Gomes, 38, of Pawtucket, for possession of oxycodone after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in Cranston.
All suspects were processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with notices to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
