NORTH TONAWANDA — The North Tonawanda Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of two Buffalo residents who have active warrants from North Tonawanda City Court.
Winter Haubert, 29, whose last known address is on Ontario Street in Buffalo, is wanted on a charge of second-degree strangulation.
Devon Forrest, 21, whose last known address is on West Utica Street in Buffalo, is wanted on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief.
Police are asking anyone with information about either individual to contact the North Tonawanda Police Department or their local law enforcement agency.
Authorities emphasize that citizens should not take any law enforcement action on their own.
