GREENFIELD — A 19-year-old Greenfield man was arrested on multiple felony charges following a sexual assault complaint, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Conner A. Buskey was charged with two counts of first-degree rape and one count of first-degree sexual abuse on March 10.
The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred on March 9 in the town of Greenfield.
Authorities say Buskey is accused of engaging in vaginal sexual contact with a person under the age of 13 by forcible compulsion.
Buskey was arraigned before Judge Michael Ginley in Greenfield Town Court.
He was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further court proceedings.
