FITCHBURG — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man who was last seen getting into a taxi cab earlier this month.
Eliezer Gonzalez, 42, was last seen around 7 p.m. on March 1 leaving the area of Ashburnham Street in a taxi, according to the Fitchburg Police Department.
Gonzalez is described as a 5-foot-8 Hispanic male with a medium build, curly black hair, brown eyes, and a small scar between his eyes.
He was last seen wearing black jeans and black Nike sneakers.
Police said Gonzalez had recently mentioned traveling to Syracuse, N.Y., and has previous ties to the Worcester area.
