ALBANY, NY — State Police of Latham, with the assistance of the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit and The Licking County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Brooklyn Davis, 19, of Pearland, Texas, for possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.
The arrest on March 10 followed an investigation that originated in Licking County, Ohio, by the Licking County Sheriff’s Office.
Davis allegedly possessed images consistent with child sexual exploitation while in Albany.
Following his arrest, Davis was transported to State Police Latham, where he was processed.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Albany City Court on March 19 at 9 a.m.
