MILFORD — A Milford man was arrested Monday on an active bench warrant following a neighbor dispute, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Timothy J. Pirone, 55, was taken into custody March 10 after deputies responded to a neighbor dispute in the Town of Milford.
Deputies discovered Pirone had an active bench warrant through the Oneonta Police Department.
Pirone was arrested without incident at the scene, authorities said.
He was subsequently turned over to the Oneonta Police Department and is scheduled to appear in Oneonta City Court.
