LINCOLN — Two women were arrested in separate incidents late Thursday night in Rhode Island, according to state police.
At 11:12 p.m., troopers arrested Lena Perri, 47, of Hartford, Connecticut, following a motor vehicle stop on Slater Street in Pawtucket.
Perri was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test (first offense).
Just nine minutes later, at 11:21 p.m., troopers arrested Paige Jeanette, 49, of Central Falls, Rhode Island, during a traffic stop on Dexter Street in Central Falls.
Jeanette faces charges of forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates.
Both women were transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing.
After arraignment by a Justice of the Peace, both suspects were released with notices to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
