West Rutland woman arrested for domestic assault

RUTLAND — Vermont State Police arrested a 60-year-old West Rutland woman Monday following a domestic dispute at a residence on Westway Mall Drive.

Lynne Gray was taken into custody after troopers responded to a report of a citizen dispute at approximately 10:09 a.m. on March 10.

Investigation determined that Gray had caused pain or bodily injury to a family or household member, according to police.

Gray was transported to the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks for processing.

A judicial officer issued conditions for Gray’s release.

She was cited to appear at Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division on March 11 at 12:30 p.m.

The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims in domestic violence cases.
