South Windsor police dog helps seize drugs in East Windsor

SOUTH WINDSOR — A South Windsor police dog assisted in a drug bust that led to the seizure of fentanyl and crack cocaine during a traffic stop in East Windsor.

Officer Cosenza and Canine Mason helped East Windsor Police Department during a traffic stop Saturday night.

The operation resulted in an arrest and the seizure of 60 wax folds of fentanyl and approximately 10 grams of crack cocaine.

South Windsor Police Department highlighted the successful collaboration in a statement, noting the importance of relationships with surrounding police departments.
