PENN YAN — A 45-year-old Penn Yan man was arrested Tuesday following a domestic incident on Hoyt Road.
Shawn M. Radka was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment after deputies responded to a residence at approximately 4:30 p.m.
Deputies from the Yates County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the scene and separated the parties involved.
An investigation determined that Radka had allegedly threatened bodily harm to the victim and damaged their property.
Radka was transported to the Yates County Jail where he awaited arraignment.
