Missing autistic teen sought in Gouverneur

GOUVERNEUR — Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old autistic boy who disappeared from the village of Gouverneur on Tuesday.

Seth Rowe, described as non-verbal, tall for his age and with a thin build, was last seen wearing a black coat and black pants.

The Gouverneur Police Department has classified Rowe as a vulnerable missing child and is asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.

Anyone who sees Rowe or has information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the Gouverneur Police Department immediately at 315-287-2121.

Search efforts are continuing throughout the area, according to authorities.
