MORRISONVILLE — Clinton County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 30-year-old Morrisonville man on multiple charges following a domestic incident investigation that began Sunday evening.
Taylor R. Bushey faces felony and misdemeanor charges including first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal contempt, third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and second-degree harassment.
Deputies made the arrest at 12:22 a.m. Monday after investigating a domestic incident initially reported around 6:25 p.m. Sunday.
Authorities allege Bushey violated an order of protection and recklessly caused physical injury to another person.
Following processing at the Sheriff’s Office, Bushey was arraigned in Saranac Town Court and committed to Clinton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash, $4,000 bond, or $10,000 partially secured bond.
Bushey is scheduled to appear in Plattsburgh Town Court at a later date to face the allegations.
The New York State Police assisted the Sheriff’s Office in the investigation.
