BRADFORD — Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a reported retail theft at Hannaford Supermarket on Lower Plain at 4:11 p.m. Feb. 6.
Erin Thurston, 41, of Bradford, was cited for retail theft after allegedly failing to pay for several items, according to police.
Braden Moody, 45, also of Bradford, was with Thurston inside the store but fled before troopers arrived.
Moody was located on March 10 with assistance from the Bradford Police Department.
Authorities discovered Moody had been previously trespassed from Hannaford and issued him a citation for unlawful trespass.
Both Thurston and Moody are scheduled to be arraigned at Orange County Criminal Court on April 2 at 8:30 a.m.
