THETFORD — A New Hampshire man was arrested Saturday night after police received reports of erratic driving on U.S. Route 5.

Wesley G. Sniadecki, 28, of Milan, was taken into custody at approximately 7:43 p.m. after troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to calls about a truck being driven erratically.

Troopers located the vehicle at a gas station in Thetford after receiving a second call about its whereabouts.

Upon speaking with Sniadecki, officers detected signs of impairment, according to police.

Sniadecki was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the Bradford Outpost for processing.
