HAVERHILL — A woman has been indicted on multiple drug charges following an incident at a Dunkin’ location in Woodsville earlier this year.

Emily Tullercash was indicted by the Grafton County Grand Jury on Feb. 21 for charges of Acts Prohibited; Intent to Sell and two charges of Acts Prohibited; Possession, according to Haverhill Police Department officials.

The charges stem from a Jan. 24, 2024, incident when officers responded to the Dunkin’ at 155 Central Street in Woodsville at approximately 8:45 a.m. for a report of a female slumped over the wheel of her vehicle.

Officers identified the woman as Tullercash and observed signs of drug possession, which led them to seize the vehicle pending a search warrant.

During the subsequent search, officers discovered numerous amounts of drug paraphernalia, cocaine, and over two ounces of methamphetamine.

Tullercash is scheduled to be arraigned at Grafton County Superior Court on March 17 at 9 a.m.

All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
