HAVERHILL — A woman was indicted by the Grafton County Grand Jury on multiple drug charges following an incident at a local Dunkin’ location earlier this year.
Emily Tullercash of Windsor was indicted Feb. 21 on charges of Acts Prohibited; Intent to Sell and two charges of Acts Prohibited; Possession.
The charges stem from a Jan. 24, 2024 incident when Haverhill Police Department officers responded to the Dunkin’ at 155 Central Street in Woodsville at approximately 8:45 a.m. for a report of a female slumped over the wheel of her vehicle.
Officers identified the woman as Tullercash and observed signs of drug possession, leading them to seize the vehicle pending a search warrant.
During the subsequent search, officers discovered drug paraphernalia, cocaine, and over two ounces of methamphetamine, according to police.
Tullercash is scheduled to be arraigned at Grafton County Superior Court on March 17 at 9 a.m.
