ROCHESTER — A Rochester man wanted on multiple charges including aggravated rape and kidnapping was apprehended Thursday night, according to local police.
Nicholas Carnazza was taken into custody without incident at 9 p.m. March 6, the Rochester Police Department announced Friday.
Carnazza faces three counts of aggravated rape, one count of kidnapping, one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, and one count of intimidation of a witness.
The arrest was the result of collaboration between Rochester Police, Mattapoisett Police Department, Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department, Massachusetts State Police Fugitive Unit, and Massachusetts Environmental Police.
