Naples woman arrested for harassment, threats to law enforcement

HALL — A Naples woman was arrested Wednesday after allegedly making threats toward law enforcement and their family members, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.

Laura M. Dicampli, 37, of 995 Italy Valley Road, Naples, was charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and making a terroristic threat, a felony.

Deputies said Dicampli had been contacting the Yates County 911 center “for no legitimate purpose, numerous times a day” over several months.

A warrant was issued following physical threats Dicampli allegedly made toward law enforcement officers and their family members.

Dicampli was located by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and turned over to Yates County authorities at 11:31 a.m. Wednesday.

She was held pending arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Part court.
