HORSEHEADS — A Horseheads man was arrested Thursday for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Horseheads.
Jeffrey G. Chase, 50, was charged with DWI after the March 6 incident, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
Chase was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
In a separate incident, Samuel A. Mazzarese, 30, of Owego, was arrested Thursday on an outstanding bench warrant.
The warrant was for charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, issued by Chemung Town Court on Aug. 24, 2023.
Mazzarese was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Chemung Town Court at a later date.
