STILLWATER — State Police of Saratoga have arrested Matthew Malinoski, 39, of Stillwater, on charges of burglary in the third degree and petit larceny.
The arrest took place on Feb. 26, following an investigation into a complaint received by troopers on Feb. 13 at about 4:01 a.m. regarding a theft from a Stillwater home.
Authorities determined that on the evening of Feb. 12, Malinoski, who was not known to the victim, entered the unoccupied home without permission and removed multiple items.
Malinoski was arrested and processed at SP Saratoga before being arraigned at the Saratoga Town Court.
He was released on his own recognizance after the arraignment.
