South Windsor police make multiple arrests for trespassing, theft

SOUTH WINDSOR — South Windsor police arrested four individuals over a two-day period for various offenses including trespassing, larceny, and domestic violence, according to department reports.

On Tuesday, March 4, at 9:45 a.m., officers arrested Raven S. Hardy, 34, of Hartford on an active arrest warrant stemming from a November 2024 incident.

Hardy, who had been previously banned from Old Navy at 101 Evergreen Way, was observed in the store before leaving without merchandise.

Hardy was processed and presented at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday, as she was already in state custody on previous charges.

Later that day, at 12:10 p.m., police arrested Steven X. Rivera, 31, of East Hartford on an active arrest warrant related to the theft of Apple AirPods from the Apple Store at 401 Evergreen Way in August 2024.

Rivera was initially taken into custody by Connecticut State Police before being transferred to South Windsor police, where he was processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday, March 19, at 9 a.m.

On Wednesday, March 5, at 11:49 a.m., officers arrested Adam J. Nieves, 39, of South Windsor after responding to reports of an individual who had threatened to stab someone with scissors.

Police identified Nieves as the suspect, who refused to exit the residence despite several commands from officers.

Nieves, who also had an active violation of probation warrant, was taken into custody, processed, and held on a $50,000 bond.

In a separate incident on Wednesday at 7:54 p.m., police arrested Brandon K. Arbouche, 18, of South Windsor following a domestic violence incident in which he allegedly slapped the victim and grabbed their clothing.

Arbouche was issued a misdemeanor summons for disorderly conduct.

Both Nieves and Arbouche were scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Thursday at 9 a.m.
