GENEVA — Police are searching for a 37-year-old man wanted on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child.
Joshua O. Coney is described as a Black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with brown eyes and black hair.
Authorities noted that the photo they have released is not recent.
Coney is wanted on misdemeanor charges of criminal obstruction of breathing under New York Penal Law 121.11(A) and endangering the welfare of a child under Penal Law 260.10(1).
The Geneva Police Department is asking anyone with information about Coney’s whereabouts to contact their tip line at (315) 781-0096.
