ELMIRA — The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 33-year-old Kyle W. Tice of Elmira as a fugitive from justice.
Tice was wanted in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, for failing to appear on a petition to revoke parole or probation related to an initial charge of possessing a controlled substance.
On March 5, the Criminal Investigations Division received the warrant from Bradford County, requesting that Tice, who is currently in the Chemung County Jail, be held.
Tice was arrested and processed as a fugitive from justice.
He was arraigned by the Chemung County Court and returned to the Chemung County Jail, where he awaits extradition to Pennsylvania.
