CROWN POINT — State Police arrested Angela R. Neddo, 47, of Crown Point on March 2 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
The incident occurred on March 1 at approximately 5:07 p.m., when Troopers responded to a criminal mischief complaint on NYS Route 9 in Crown Point.
An investigation revealed that Neddo was swinging a baseball bat and making threatening remarks toward the victim.
She also used the bat to damage the victim’s vehicle.
After locating and arresting Neddo, she was transported to the Schroon Lake State Police for processing.
Following her arraignment in the Town of Ticonderoga Court, she was released on her own recognizance.
