ROXBURY — At approximately 8:05 a.m. on March 2, a vehicle was discovered off the roadway on State Highway 30 near County Highway 8 in the town of Roxbury.
A Trooper at the scene found that a Jeep Cherokee traveling west had veered off the road and struck a rock embankment.
The driver, identified as 59-year-old Karen F. Tesi of Grand Gorge, New York, sustained injuries and was transported by Margaretville EMS to Margaretville Hospital.
Subsequently, Tesi was airlifted by LifeNet to Albany Medical Center.
Her injuries are reported to be non-life-threatening.
Roxbury Fire also assisted at the scene of the incident.
